Job Telecaller

Job Description:

As a Telecaller, your primary responsibility will be to make outbound calls to potential customers or clients with the aim of promoting or selling products, services, or solutions. You will also handle incoming calls from customers, address their inquiries, and provide assistance or information as required. Additionally, you may be tasked with maintaining customer databases, updating records, and generating leads through cold calling or other means.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Make outbound calls to prospective customers using a provided script or sales pitch.

2. Handle inbound calls from existing or potential customers, addressing their queries and providing relevant information.

3. Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services.

4. Maintain accurate records of interactions with customers in the database.

5. Follow up on leads generated through various sources.

6. Achieve sales targets and quotas set by the company.

7. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

8. Continuously update knowledge of products, services, and industry trends.


1. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

2. Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.

3. Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.

4. Good organizational and time management abilities.

5. Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.

6. Previous experience in telemarketing or sales is preferred but not mandatory.

Salary Range: INR 12,500 to INR 18,500 per month
