HR Recruiter





Location: Hyderabad/Chennai

Salary Range:₹18,500 - ₹25,000 per month


Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and motivated HR Recruiter to join our team in Hyderabad or Chennai. As an HR Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in attracting and selecting top talent to meet the staffing needs of our organization.

Responsibilities:


1. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.

2. Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g., social platforms, job boards), networking, and other creative methods.

3. Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates for open positions.

4. Conduct interviews and assess candidates' relevant knowledge, skills, experience, and cultural fit.

5. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.

6. Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process.

7. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and other HR databases.

8. Extend job offers and negotiate terms of employment with selected candidates.

9. Collaborate with the HR team to onboard new hires and facilitate a smooth transition into the organization.

10. Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and legal requirements related to recruitment and employment.


Requirements:


1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

2. Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role.

3. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR software.

4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

5. Ability to build rapport and maintain effective relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and team members.

6. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

7. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

8. Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.

9. High level of integrity and confidentiality.

10. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
